Adobe Photoshop is well known, it is the most powerful and best, designing and modifying images:
Indeed, two newer versions have been released than the cs5 version, but what made me put the download links for this version is the compatibility of the program with old versions of Windows as it is recommended for users of weak computers that cannot run and meet the requirements of modern versions such as cc and cs6

General information about the program
Pros: Content-Aware Fill, new Refine Edge, and Mini Bridge are standout features. Puppet Warp will be great for many users; Huge number of tweaks, improvements and additions.
Cons: Still slow. The installer will not carry over your old settings and preferences.
With the release of CS5, the 20-year-old Photoshop reached version 12. For an older program, a major upgrade usually doesn't make huge changes. The interface of CS5 is much the same, and the basics of the program remain unchanged. That's a good thing: Dramatic changes in the day-to-day functionality of a mission-critical tool can really slow you down. But there are powerful new additions to the Photoshop toolset, and enough improvements to make this upgrade attractive. No matter how you use Photoshop, you may find something you love to use in CS5.
The full version of Photoshop CS5 costs $699. The upgrade is $199. It is also part of five Creative Suite packages. Note that this review does not address features found only in the extended version of Photoshop.
Easy Retouching and Improved Masking
CS5's Content Aware Fill feature has received too of press, and because good. It is a handy tool for all Photoshop users. In fact, you may find that your editing techniques change dramatically (read 'Getting Much Easier') thanks to Content Aware Fill.
There is no 'embed content' tool. Instead, it's a new technique that you can apply through the Spot Healing Brush or Photoshop's innovative Fill command. The Aware content-filling algorithm tries (and usually succeeds) when filling an area with a 'correct' texture, which means that the content in that particular area is supposed to look (Fig. 1). If you regularly remove elements from an image using a Rubber Stamp, Healing Brush, or Patch tool, you may be able to replace all of these features with Content Aware Fill. Not only is it easier, but the results are much faster.
Next in the 'most useful' line is a tweak to the Refine Edge command in Photoshop. Since all kinds of effects and adjustments require good masks, mask creation is one of the most important operations in Photoshop. It is also one of the most difficult.
One of the big problems with selections in Photoshop has always been that the edge of the selection was uniform all the way through. You can make a selection to create a smooth transition around the selected area, but many subjects - especially people - aren't consistently hard around the edges. Typically, you need hard edges around skin and clothing, and soft edges around hair and loose clothing. CS5 solves this problem with some additions to the Refine Edges dialog, which Adobe added in CS4 to make mask creation easier.
After making a selection using any of Photoshop's regular selection tools, you can invoke the Refine Edge dialog to smooth, feather, and smooth the edges. New to CS5, you can now get a new Refine Radius tool and paint over the edges of the selection you want to enhance. As you paint, Photoshop analyzes the underlying image and adjusts that part of the selection. The resulting selection will have a combination of hard and soft edges (Figure 2). For feel, fuzzy textures, transparency, and other hard-to-define areas, this is a great tool.

Adobe pulled the Extract tool after Photoshop CS3, leaving the program without a built-in mask clipping tool. The new Refine Edge features are much better than the old Extract feature and compete well with third-party masking tools, such as OnOne's MaskPro.
Puppet Warp
Photoshop has long had respectable distortion tools, but while the Liquify tool is powerful, it's too small for some types of distortions. The new Puppet Warp tool allows you to add a virtual skeleton to something in your photo and then animate the skeleton's bones.
When Puppet Warp is activated, the current layer is set to an editable grid. You can add pins to this mesh, then pull the pins to distort the mesh. As it distorts, your image is pulled with it. Puppet Warp anomalies occur
in a predictable and controllable way. However, anything you want to warp should be isolated on its own layer. Fortunately, the Content Aware Fill feature makes this process easier than it used to be. For example, let's say I want to blur the horn of a water buffalo in Figure 3:

I can select the horn with the Quick Select tool, but then the distortion would distort the entire animal. Instead, I've selected the selection and pasted it into its own layer. This leaves an empty gap in the image, but a single Content Aware Fill command mostly solves the problem (Fig. 4).

Now I can distort the horn with a distortion dummy without revealing a blank background (Fig. 5).

Adobe has some pretty smart choices for Puppet Warp. When they intersect with each other, you can select layers of different depth, so that the distorted parts are correctly located in front or behind other sections. You can also change the tool so that the parts change as you move the points, allowing you to create bloated and dramatic effects.
If you have experience using 3D modeling software, it is important to note that Puppet Warp is not an inverted motion system. There is no parent/child hierarchy, so you may find yourself a bit confused when you first use the feature. Paying one point will not necessarily transfer the attached points the way you are used to.
For art directors and other people who need to modify photos to suit specific needs, Puppet Warp would be a great tool. Photographers may even find occasional use for it, if they need to make precise engineering adjustments.
Camera Raw 6
Adobe has made a number of significant changes to Camera Raw, including some things that Photoshop has been needing for some time. At first glance, you won't see anything different from the Camera Raw dialog, but a search of the Details tab reveals some new noise reduction controls. While previous versions simply had sliders to reduce luminance and noise noise, Camera Raw 6 adds the Luminance Detail, Luminance Contrast, and Color Detail sliders to help balance noise reduction and detail loss.
But while these sliders may seem innocuous, Adobe has cramed very advanced noise-reduction technology into Camera Raw 6. Previous noise-reduction features looked more like token add-ons, but the new features are serious tools that rival the best third-party noise-reducing add-ons. Camera Raw 6's volume down is so good that it might open up more ISO options on the camera. Higher settings that were previously very noisy may be usable when processed with Camera Raw 6 noise reduction (Fig. 6).

The Camera Raw Effects tab now contains two major new features. First, the grain simulator does a very good job of creating the look of real film grain. Whether you want to create an 'old movie look' or match a composite digital element to a piece of movie, the Grain simulator offers good control and results.
Second, Adobe has reworked the post-crop appendix. It no longer simply darkens corners, but gives you some techniques for adding a vignette. You can choose whether the priority or the colors should take precedence when applying the vignette effect. When using the Shading priority of the nail, you can also change the brightness of the highlights, which allows you to create bright, flashy lights that shine through the dark areas. These controls provide a more realistic simulation of how vignettes occur.
The volume reduction in Camera Raw 6 is the result of Adobe rewriting many of the key actions in Camera Raw. In addition to improved noise removal, this new engine produces better overall image quality, including sharpness and color details that could be superior to previous versions.
For many users, 'Photoshop' means 'Camera Raw', since it rarely bypasses the Camera Raw dialog box. In CS5, Adobe has served these users well.
